FAQ

A: For a quick and easy arrival, we use a self-check-in system rather than a traditional front desk. We will send you detailed instructions on how to access your room with either a password or a keycard on the day of your check-in. 

A: While we don't have on-site parking, we want to make it as convenient as possible for you. Guests are welcome to use the public parking in the nearby Samyan area. The fee is 20 Baht per hour or a maximum of 240 Baht for a full day. 

A: Yes, for your comfort and privacy, every single one of our rooms comes with its own private bathroom. 

A: We do not offer a designated luggage storage service. For your convenience, you are welcome to leave your bags in front of the hostel, but please note that this is at your own risk. We cannot guarantee the safety and security of your belongings. 

A: We currently do not have an on-site laundry area. However, there are several convenient laundromats located just a short walk away in the Samyan area that you are welcome to use. 

A: We do not have an iron or ironing board available for guest use.
